The structure is composed of waste blocks and panaflex panels which are in turn made up of plastic, aluminium foil and cardboard residue. The structure is also portable. Its modest, humble-looking structure is transformed into one of grandeur.

Paaki Paani
Gul Bahao’s managing trustee said that the best solution she discovered was the transparent plastic water bottle for purifying water. She said she fills these bottles up with tap water and then puts them in the sunlight for a few hours and drinks the water after cooling it.
Gardens in the air
At the entrance to the museum was the Gardens in the Air. The visitors were amazed to know that spinach, onions, cattle feed etc was being grown 20 -30 ft. Above the air in small shoppers containing manure made from municipal waste.
Choora Chaara
Nargis Latif showed the Minister, the different processes through which organic waste like vegetable and fruit peels are converted to animal feed in a clean and hygienic manner. This is finally packaged to give it a shelf life of weeks and even months
Water Pond
A huge water reservoir was the Centre of attraction. Again the guests were fascinated to learn that the chandi blocks were converted into swimming pools as well as household furniture.
Research Center
The Gul Bahao Research Center is part of the Gul Bahao’s Complex located on a two thousand sq.yards plot on main Rashid Minhas Road. Thousands of people consisting of University students, NGOs, government officials and school going children as well as the media have visited the Research Centre
Fuel Pack
The Fuel pack is a low cost alternative fuel. It is a cheap substitute for oil and coal. Also it does not give out toxic fumes. It is easily available and can be used as fuel for thermal power stations
Mobile Toilet
The Mobile Toilet is simply a Frigidaire box covered inside and outside with Panaflex. Its underlying principle is that human filth is food for plants and trees and hence it is best that people relieve themselves in unpaved land so that there is fewer burdens on the sewage system
