Appeal for help ( for 15 lacs) for putting up a plant for producing prefabricated plastic houses -Chandighars for flood affectees .

As you are aware, millions of Pakistanis have been rendered homeless because of the torrential rains and floods.Hence making a few hundred or thousand cemented houses for the homeless will not suffice.What is required is reconstruction on a massive scale.

Gulbahao trust whose CEO I am has through its 28 years of intensive research developed a high density plastic house ( Chandighars) for the Shelterless. THEY ARE THE ONLY COST EFFECTIVE ALTERNATIVE TO MUD HOUSES.

The salient feature of these houses are :

They are waterproof, windproof.They can withstand waterlogging and salinity.They are cool in summer and warm in winter.

They are prefabricated or mobile, easy to install.Before the advent of flood from kutcha areas they may be dismantled and taken to a safer place for a short time.They can be extremely useful in Kutcha areas or the river bed.

Due to the sheer strength of the columns,the roof may be extended on all four sides to accommodate more rooms,as many as four .

The blocks are modular .A room can be converted into a water reservoir or furniture i. e table ,sofa,bed etc and vice versa.Multi storied houses can also be made from these blocks .

They are cheaper than cement blocks.When they are made on a large scale their prices will come down to less than RS.50,000/house

To produce these plastic blocks electricity is not required hence there is no question of any kind of air pollution.They can be easily manufactured in small places like homes.This will (God willing)in turn give rise to a huge cottage industry .

The goal behind putting up this plant is to present models of this unique invention in different places in order that they may be replicated everywhere.So that God willing, ultimately mud houses will be replaced by high density plastic houses in the rural areas.

In the end I appeal to all you brothers and sisters to donate whole heartedly for the love of God Almighty for the sake of those who have no roofs over their heads.

Reviving the economy – Opportunities Unlimited

O MIGHTY ALLAH!
You kept your word to your creatures on 23rd March 2019 (Pakistan Day) at the entrance to the Karachi Press Club. Sura Talaq Ayat no.3
“…And if anyone puts his trust in Allah, for him Allah is sufficient. And he will provide for him from (sources) from whence he hath no expectations.”

And the world saw the Karachi Press Club entrance literally bombarded with processions, musical bands, celebrating the day when the Muslims of the subcontinent first gave their consent to the Idea of Pakistan.
In this emotionally charged environment, a small group of well built workers put up an Exhibition titled “ROZGAR LAMAHDOOD” (opportunities unlimited), little realizing that they were in fact making history themselves!
Within only 5 hours a 8’x21’x8 1/2′ prefabricated structure, weighing about 2 tonnes was assembled into a Chandi Ghar.

God willing, the exhibition is intended to be a spring board for the Revival of Pakistan’s Economy. It is meant to be a training ground for Real Estate developers, entrepreneurs, business men etc. Above all the exhibition is meant to reveal to the world community, the Chandi Technology – an invention of the 21st century, a gift from Karachi to the World!

Pakistanis succeeded in putting up the World’s first Masjid using CHANDI TECHNOLOGY in Baabra Goth (District Thatta) on 19 Rabi ul Awal, while the foundation was laid on the auspicious day of12th Rabi ul Awal.
Using modular pre-fabricated blocks and panels, the Masjid cum Madrassa was installed by 3 full-time workers as well as bystanders pitching in off and on.

The unique feature of the CHANDI MASJID (as it has been named) is that in the morning ,the Masjid being closed from all sides will function as a Madrassa.
When ever a large number of people have to be accomodated , the blocks will be easily removed and the Masjid will then become more spacious.
The installation of the World’s most hi- tech Masjid has turned out as a blessing from the Almighty,as it has generated the hope and will among the rural people,that now they will have access to durable and affordable houses.
